Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a ShootFlow account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use ShootFlow. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
2. Description of service
ShootFlow provides a platform for photographers to create public booking pages, manage client enquiries, showcase portfolios, and display service packages. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro tier with additional features.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account with others. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use ShootFlow.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ShootFlow to: post false or misleading information, infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, upload illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ShootFlow (portfolio images, bio, packages, etc.). By uploading content, you grant ShootFlow a licence to display and store that content as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
6. Payment and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for partial months. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
7. Free tier limitations
The free tier includes up to 10 portfolio images, 3 packages, and basic enquiry management. We reserve the right to change free tier limits with 30 days' notice.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the service unavailable. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
ShootFlow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of ShootFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
