1. Who we are
ShootFlow ("we", "us", "our") is a photography booking platform. Our service allows photographers to create public booking pages, manage enquiries, and grow their business. Our registered address and contact email is peters.o.lars@icloud.com.
2. What data we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the information you add to your profile (brand name, username, bio, location, portfolio images, packages, testimonials). When a client submits an enquiry through your booking page, we collect their name, email, event details, and message. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, device type, referral source) to help you understand your audience.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: provide and improve the ShootFlow service, send you transactional emails (account confirmation, enquiry notifications), and display your public booking page to visitors. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Images are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing — your card details are never stored on our servers), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account from the Settings page, which removes all your data permanently. To request a copy of your data or for any privacy-related queries, email peters.o.lars@icloud.com.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session cookies). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of ShootFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
